Thanks! The trick is to blow up a small balloon inside each one then spread a 1:1 mixture of white glue and water with a sponge on them. When it dries, I pop the balloon and remove it and they are nice & stiff. These are about 6 or 7 yrs old and still holding. I may have to re-stiffen them at some point. I make bowls and other things the same way.
